In the geological structure of the Kirvi volcanic mountain where the water is sourced, there are 12 layers of 55 million-year-old basalt. These volcanic rocks are rich in minerals and electrolytes. So naturally, filtering through these 12 layers of basalt adds minerals, creating a smooth mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness to the water.
With a pH value of 8.3 our water is Naturally Alkaline, which adds to the softness of our vodka.
Minimal but perfect human intervention
Like nature’s own refining process, human distillation is an equally great balancing act. Of course, one can distill too little and too much, but we believe the absolute best balance is obtained with exactly six distillations. Here, taste tones, purity, and alcohol strength reach their peak.
